Use this form to recommend that the library purchase a book, journal, or other type of resource. While only a title and purpose (and course, if it applies) are required, please enter all the information that you have on hand. When done, click the submit button below.

Use this form to request that the library license a streaming film title from an authorized library vendor or purchase a physical format for a film for classroom use. Please note that streaming films will only be licensed for assigned coursework and therefore will only be fulfilled when requested by an instructor of record for the course that requires the streaming film license.
